Briarhopper Ranch is a small homestead in Black Forest, Colorado at 7,600′ above sea level. Mike and Sarah are a married duo who take care of homeless Akitas and German Shepherds while watching a menagerie of laying hens and broad breasted turkeys, plus tending a garden and greenhouse. We are nearing what most would consider an early escape from our corporate careers. We hope you’ll follow us in this exciting leg of our life’s journey.
